I am tired to work with the bad ones. And what is the most interesting: you will never know whether it is good or not until you work with it some 5-6 months.
The biggest troubles are always with database and mail services. The problems start appearing after you place a web-site with high traffic to a new hosting. Otherwise it is difficult to track the troubles and for how long they last.
On the other hand this is a big financial problem… But I can see no other way…
