I'm shocked because of the hosting and because of the support service's work. It's clear, that efficiency of this service is off the question! After purchasing of the hosting it was suddenly found out, that maximum 250 files in each folder work stably and php pages clash with shtml.
I had not to see such things yet. It is a real unexpectedness for me.
Probably this hosting was adjusted by a British schoolboy. It was necessary to make a list of things that are impossible to be done on their hosting on a site of this solid company. This would help everybody to reflect – does he really need this problem?!
